I have had my vehicles maintained and repaired by Advanced Automotive for about 10 years now. One of the best businesses in the Stanwood area by far. Their customer service is fantastic! I don't know very many automotive places you can say that about. They are so good that, after a recent move to Bellingham, I still drive down there for service. Alicia and Abigail in the front office are like family, and the owner Josh will never steer you wrong to make a buck. On numerous occasions he has saved me money by offering me a range of solutions, not just the most expensive one. They always fix it right the first time. I've never had to take my car back because they didn't fix the issue.

The team over at Advanced Automotive is far and away the best group of auto professionals I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The work quotes for my project vehicle were fair and honest, and the communication throughout the entire process has been fantastic. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and the customer service is top notch. Alisha has been FANTASTIC, walking me through the work every step of the way. She really went above and beyond my expectations. And a big shout out to Gary as well, who has been performing most of the work on the vehicle. I will never take my Vanagon anywhere else! 🙂
Great. Always the work is done fast and efficient. Front end girls are always so nice. I should remember their names but never do so sorry on that. I remember Tisha and Abigail but might be wrong but they are really great.
Everyone was helpful and kind. I was pleasantly surprised about both the shuttle service (Thanks again, Nikko - sorry if I spelled that wrong) and even though it was hard to hear how much work Ruby needed, you still washed my very dirty car. Thank you. I have a lot on my plate right now but in a couple of weeks or less, I can bring her in to start the long, much-needed repairs. Thank you again.
