To get the ball rolling on your auto service or repair needs, give us a call to schedule an appointment or stop by our shop on Saratoga Drive. Let us know your exact concerns, including any strange things that your automobile has been doing lately. We will discuss your vehicle problems in detail with you and provide a thorough estimate for our work. Once you give us the okay to move forward, we will.
Diagnostics and Repair Work
Aside from talking with you, we will also test-drive your automobile and visually inspect it thoroughly to isolate problems. If necessary, we’ll run a diagnostic test to make sure the engine control unit does not return any error codes. Armed with the information we need to fix your automobile, we’ll get cracking on the repairs and keep you abreast of our progress along the way. We’ll even video tape our work and save your old parts if you would like us to.
Once We’re Done
Once we’ve performed all of the approved work, we won’t just return your vehicle to you as is. We clean all of the automobiles we repair once we’re done so your vehicle is sparkly clean when you pick it up. This is particularly important right now with COVID-19 concerns. We also test-drive your automobile to ensure our repairs solved the problem. We want to make certain we fix your car right the first time.
Following Up On Our Work
Depending on your preference, we’ll call, text, or e-mail you to let you know your car is ready for pickup. We’ll go over everything we did on your vehicle with you and answer any questions you might have. In a few weeks, we’ll touch base with you to make sure everything is still okay with your car, truck, or utility vehicle. This gives us a chance to address any problems or concerns that you might have.
